The Official State Gazette has published the list of labor holidays for the year 2023, through the Resolution of 7 October 2022, of the General Directorate of Labor. The calendar includes a total of 12 national holidays, of which 9 will be held jointly throughout Spain.
Common public holidays throughout Spain, remunerated and non-recoverable, are the following:

• Friday 6 from January, Epiphany of the Lord (common to all for 2023)
• Friday 7 of April, Holy Friday
• Monday 1 of May, Work party
• Tuesday 15 of August, Assumption of the Virgin
• Thursday 12 October, National holiday
• Wednesday 1 of November, All Saints
• Wednesday 6 from December, Day of the constitution
• Friday 8 from December, Immaculate Conception's Day
• Monday 25 from December, Nativity of the Lord

Regional and local holidays will be added to these holidays, which will be set by the Autonomous Communities and municipalities, respectively, up to a total of 14 annual holidays.
