The Department of Successions and Donations offers comprehensive advice in all matters of the specialty, in order to optimize the processing, minimize costs, reduce conflicts and foresee alternatives.

Our activity is projected, in addition, in the frame, increasingly widespread, of the planning in life of the inheritance, anticipating the transfer of assets by inter vivos acts and resorting to alternative instruments to the will.

For the above purposes, the Department of Probate and Donations is in charge, among other, of the following actions:

  • Voluntary jurisdiction procedures and contentious legal claims.
  • Extrajudicial negotiation of inheritances.
